It's been a couple days since I've posted. We've (Karen and Owen) have been sick with colds. Owen got his 12 month shots (yes, we're a little behind :-) on Monday and his Dr. thought we probably had the same thing...just a bad cold. I thought we were feeling much better today. I have laryngitis, but some would say that's a blessing! :-) Well, this morning Owen for the first time ever in his life threw up! I should have known something was up when he didn't shovel in his waffle this morning and didn't touch his milk. Poor thing, I think it scared him! Now he is all cleaned up and trying very hard to be happy and playful. I know him enough though to know that this is going to be a rough day. At least I'm feeling a little better. On a lighter side, the weather is beautiful! Today is a good day to open up the windows and let all the germs escape and the fresh air in! :-)
By the way, do you like Owen's bed head?? :-) It actually was rather tame this morning! :-)
Update 11:00 am: Well apparently this flu comes out both ends....eeesh! Poor thing, well Matt is getting plenty of pedialite and diapers. He has a slight fever too. Well, I must go mother him and then make some pedialite jello.....yummy! :-)

I'll be praying for you...the throw up thing is the WORST! My kids both had that (along with Nate and I) during Christmas vacation. It's no fun AT ALL. I thought we were finally better around here, but all three of us (the kids and I) have fevers this morning. Why? I have NO idea...we haven't been anywhere except yesterday's outing for Riley's haircut. What a mess. I'm so sorry you guys are sick, try and get some rest today when your "patients" are resting...you need to get all the way better too!!! :)
Thanks Rachael! I actually thought of you this morning. I don't know how I would do this with 2 kiddos! I guess you just do it....right?!? :-) Hope you guys feel better too!
